2. INDEPENDENCE FROM BRANDS
VAAA is an independent reseller of pre-owned designer goods.

VAAA is not affiliated with, associated with, authorised by, sponsored by or officially connected with any of the brands whose products are offered on this website. All brand names, trademarks and logos appearing on this website remain the property of their respective owners. The original brands do not authenticate, verify or guarantee items sold by VAAA unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. AUTHENTICITY
All items offered by VAAA are reviewed prior to sale and are subject to independent third-party authentication as part of VAAA's authentication process. Authentication is conducted independently from the original brands. Neither VAAA nor the third-party authentication provider is affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by the original brand unless expressly stated otherwise.

Where authentication records or certificates are provided with an item, such documentation relates only to the specific item for which it was issued.

4. PRE-OWNED ITEMS
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all items sold by VAAA are pre-owned.

Pre-owned and vintage items may naturally show signs of previous use, age, storage or handling. These may include minor scratches, creasing, fading, wear, oxidation, hardware marks or other characteristics consistent with the item's age and conditio. Such characteristics do not necessarily constitute defects where they have been reasonably disclosed in the product description or images.

5. PORTRAYAL AND CONDITION OF ITEMS
VAAA makes reasonable efforts to describe and present each item as accurately as possible through product descriptions, measurements and imagery.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, display settings and viewing devices. As each pre-owned item is unique, customers are encouraged to review all product descriptions, condition notes, measurements and images carefully before purchasing.

6. PRICING AND PAYMENT
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the VAAA website are listed in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD / NT$).

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout. Invoices or other transaction documents will be issued in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

7. ORDERS
All orders are subject to product availability and successful payment confirmation.

Due to the unique nature of pre-owned items, most products are available in a single quantity only. In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable, is sold through another authorised sales channel, or an order cannot be fulfilled, VAAA will contact the customer and arrange an appropriate refund where payment has already been received.

8. ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel an order before shipment, please contact VAAA as soon as possible.

Where the order has already been shipped, cancellation or return will be handled in accordance with the statutory rights applicable to the transaction and VAAA's return policy.

9. SEVEN-DAY RIGHT OF RESCISSION
For distance transactions subject to Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act, consumers may exercise their statutory right to rescind the contract within seven days after receiving the goods, without stating a reason, unless a statutory exception applies.

The right may be exercised by returning the goods or by notifying VAAA in writing or through another legally valid method. Opening or inspecting an item to the extent reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and condition does not in itself extinguish this statutory right.

However, where an item has been used, damaged, altered or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection, resulting in a reduction in value, the customer may be responsible for such reduction to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any mandatory consumer rights provided by law.

10. TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES
For orders delivered within Taiwan, applicable taxes will be handled in accordance with Taiwan law.

For international orders, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, customs charges, local taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country or region, unless otherwise expressly stated during checkout. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not controlled by VAAA.

11. ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND AVAILABILITY
Product information, pricing, measurements or availability displayed on the website may occasionally contain errors or omissions.

If VAAA discovers a material or obvious error relating to an order, we will contact the customer as soon as reasonably possible and handle the matter in accordance with applicable law.

VAAA may update or correct website information when necessary. Such corrections will not affect statutory rights already acquired by consumers.

12. FORCE MAJEURE
VAAA will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations to the extent caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, changes in law, war, civil disturbance, strikes, transportation interruptions, system failures or significant supply disruptions.

Any rights or obligations arising in such circumstances will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
